windows live messenger - doesn’t respect default browser

interesting - when you click a link in the profile of a live messenger user it opened up in IE rather than my default browser..

Saturday afternoon, I need to go shoppping and buy some shoes but thought instead I’d have aquick look online seeing as I should really clean the flat (and watch the footy ;)).

So google search for shoes - top of the list - Clarks shoes. They obviously have their search optimisation sorted.. shame about the website though. You get there and it immediately wants to launch a popup - blocked of course by my browser. Then once you manually open the popup, its all flash based and really not that easy to find shoes - solution? close the website and move on to next shop

what’s funny though is it probably cost them a fortune..
