one blazing weekend..

Ouch - it has been muggy here in london this weekend. It didn’t help that I spent all of today outside baking in the sun.. first I played footy for a few hours down on clapham common which actually wasn’t that sweaty - mostly because it turned farcical with too many people asking to play and then everyone not knowing who was on which team For the record, I didn’t score but did keep a clean sheet

Onwards I went, up to Primrose Hill (yes that’s far south london to North London :() to congratulate Mark on his engagement to Debs - was a good to see plenty of people I havent seen in a while, so had plenty of catching up to do.. but you shall see some of who attended late on (I was late) in the photos ot be uploaded shortly..

So when you forward a domain name to your MSN spaces blog the photo animation in the photo album does not load. I wonder if it is to do with the fact my domain provider forwards the domain inside a frame..

Not something I can change or fix right now Would be good if it either allowed you to switch it off (it doesnt appear inside Firefox anyhow) or if you could allow it to work with this kind of domain forwarding..

So I was browsing through Jaffa’s blog (www.melvingreen.co.uk) and he was using this MSN spaces system and having tried the various others out there - modblog, blogger, livejournal and never really found any of them that good, I thought I’d start up here and see if it sticks.

If you are interested, Modblog was the best of them all so far - really customisable, no advertising and a good community but it crashed all the time and I just got a bit bored with the whole thing.
